In the most beautiful part of Las Terrenas - El Portillo, whose name has the beach itself - Playa El Portillo. This part of town is full of apart-hotels, with ocean view and perfect nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this part of the beach there is also a perfect high end restaurant Porto, where you should definitely go - you will certainly appreciate the English-speaking staff and also the excellent gastronomy. I am not going to mention the drinks, they are great everywhere on this island :). This restaurant is of course open-space, fancy designed, it is connected with the beach, you will also find beach beds here, where you can enjoy the sun and at the same time sip refreshing drinks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also a beach bar a short distance away, so do not miss it ! :) If you want to take a walk, I recommend going to the tip of the beach - Cap Portillo, where in addition to the azure ocean and white sand (which is, by the way, along the whole beach) you can see kite-surfing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's quite windy here, but the ocean is quite calm - but I can never get enough of the beautiful color and purity of the water, which I wrote about above :).
